What is the duration and frequency of the sessions?

Each appointment is booked for an hour. The sessions consist of 50 minutes of one-on-one literacy intervention, followed by 10 minutes of parental briefing and discussion. Shorter appointments are also offered on request. For consistency in learning and for repeated practice, 2-3 sessions per week are recommended.

What is a learning block?

A learning block is a period of 10-12 weeks where therapy is provided, followed by a progress discussion with the parents. A learning block is a milestone to decide future steps and discuss the next goals.

Do you offer group sessions?

Yes, group sessions are also offered at a maximum of three students per group, for students who do not have intensive learning needs and require only moderate support.

Do you offer sessions in-person or remotely?

We offer both one-on-one in person as well as virtual sessions; the group sessions are offered in-person at the moment but can be virtual on request. Zoom is the platform used to deliver all virtual sessions.

What are your hours of operation?

We offer morning sessions from 8am to 2pm EST and evening sessions from 3pm to 7pm EST.
